1. Products can be selected on our website www.veneksboutique.es or by a visit at VENEKS Boutique furniture showrooms.

Our consultants would gladly cover all possible dimensions, fabrics and colour choices of a selected item.

Consultations are available via email or phone. During your visit, you’ll have access to all fabric samples, specific product blueprints, and the product of your choice if it’s on display.

2. Once the final choices are made, including products, fabrics, dimensions, colours and other specifications, the VENEKS team will prepare a proforma invoice, where you will find all the agreed-upon information.

3. After the advanced payment, your order will be processed.

4. If the product is in stock or in the showroom, an invoice for the full amount is issued, and the items become your property.

Production times depend on the chosen product. Indicative time is 2 months.

• Once an item is purchased, you can order delivery and assembly services unless agreed otherwise.
• For an additional fee the products can be transported to your home address with hired transport and carried to the desired floor. Furniture delivery is available in any city in Spain, Lithuania and abroad. When delivering to other countries, the VENEKS team takes full care of transportation and, if needed, customs procedures for an additional fee.

Some of the furniture is delivered unassembled. If desired, assembly services can be arranged for an additional fee.

Yes, furniture care products are available in our showrooms and can be purchased during a visit. When shopping online, payments can be made via payment platform, and furniture care products can be delivered to your preferred parcel locker.
