General provisions
The purchase and sale agreement establishes the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of UAB Venekso interjeras (referred to as the Seller) and the buyer (referred to as the Buyer) when purchasing products from the online store veneksboutique.es
Purchase and sale agreement formation
The Buyer, having chosen the items offered to him, creates an order basket.
Once an order basket has been created, the Buyer fills in the necessary data for the execution of the order (name, surname, telephone number, delivery address, etc.)
The agreement is formed once the Buyer clicks the “Confirm order” button.
After the order is shipped, the Buyer receives a confirmation of the contract conclusion.
Payment and delivery
The Buyer is obliged to pay in two working days with a preferred payment method for ordered products. If the Buyer does not pay the price within specified time, it is considered that the Buyer is refusing to fulfill the contract, and the Seller has the right to pause the execution of the order.
When purchasing furniture care products from category “Furniture care products” instead of furniture, the items are delivered in a few working days, depending on the courier service’s availability.
Buyer’s rights and obligations
The Buyer has the right to buy under the terms and conditions set by the store.
The buyer agrees to pay the agreed price within the time specified in the rules and to accept the ordered products.
If the Buyer fills in incorrect data or delivery address, the Buyer agrees to pay every additional price occurred for delivery or other expenses.
The Buyer has the right to determine the purchase and sale agreement on the veneksboutique.es website or by contacting the Seller via email or phone.
Seller’s Rights and Obligations
The Seller has the right to unilaterally regulate the rules. The rules which were established at the time of purchase will apply.
If necessary, the Seller has the right to request identification and personal information for contract formation.
Goods return
Product return and exchange policy for purchases made in the showroom
Products which were pre ordered and custom made in showrooms or via email, including models, colors, and upholstery, cannot be returned. The client accepts this condition by paying the advanced payment.
Damage during transportation
Sometimes the product may be damaged in transit. In that case, we cover for all the damage. However, if the product is damaged during the return process from the buyer to the seller, the buyer is responsible for the damage.
When receiving the ordered products, check the overall condition of the parcel and the product, and sign the consignment note or any other parcel transfer-acceptance document. If there is an occurrence that during the transfer-acceptance of the goods you notice any damage to the package and/or the external appearance of the products, inconsistencies in the product package, be sure to note this in the transfer-acceptance document and, in the presence of the representative who delivered the package to you, write down a free form of the damage to the shipment and/or item violation / discrepancy report. Once the client signs the consignment note which concludes no package discrepancies, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered intact and we do not take responsibility for:
- product damage, if the cause of such damage is not a manufacturing defect,
- and inconsistencies in the set of product, if these inconsistencies can be identified during an external inspection of the product.

Non-returnable products
- Used products;
- Custom made products that have been manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer or have been manufactured to suit individual needs;
- Products that were purchased from showrooms after prior inspection and payment.
Inappropriate product quality
If the product is returned for poor quality (product with manufacturer defects), UAB Venekso Interjeras are obliged to replace the defective product with a product of suitable quality at its own expense or to return the money paid for the product and to cover the return costs.
Refund
If the returned products meet the return policy requirements, the refund will be transferred to your bank account no later than 14 working days from the date of return. If the returned product does not meet the return policy requirements, the money will not be refunded.
The return of items of suitable quality is possible in accordance with the procedure established by the “Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication,” approved by the Minister of Economy on August 17, 2001, by order No. 258.
Inappropriate quality products are replaced or returned in accordance with the “Rules for the return and replacement of goods,” approved by the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001, by order No. 217.
Final provisions
All disagreements between the Buyer and the Seller are dealt with in negotiations. If the parties are unable to agree, the disagreements are decided in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Kingdom of Spain.
